Common Questions

Do I need boxing experience or gear to start?

None at all. Most new clients come in with zero background. The first session is a no-pressure assessment, and gloves and hand wraps can be provided while you’re getting started.

How intense are the sessions?

Sessions are built around your current fitness level and goals. For most people, 2–3 sessions per week produces strong, consistent progress.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and athletic clothes for the first session. Once you decide to continue, Coach GV will guide you on the right gear for your goals and budget.
