Meet Greg Viteno

15+ years of combat sports experience spanning Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu. Trained and competed at the highest level of the sport, still active.

5+ years of coaching experience across beginner to advanced, youth and adult. Every session is built around continuous improvement, getting significantly better every day through intentional, purposeful training. The goal goes beyond fitness: develop the focus, discipline, consistency, and calm under pressure that carry into every area of life.

$49, one time. A no-pressure first session where we assess where you are and map your plan. Perfect if you have zero experience, or if you've trained before and want help building the right long-term program for your goals. Only a few spots open each week.

Common Questions

Do I need any experience to start?

Not at all. Most new clients come in with zero background. The first session is always a no-pressure assessment where we figure out where you’re at, what you want, and map out a plan from there.

How long are sessions and how often should I train?

Sessions are 60 minutes. For most people, 2–3 sessions per week produces strong, consistent progress. If you’re prepping for a competition, we can scale up intensity and frequency as your fight date approaches.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and athletic clothes for the first session. Gloves and hand wraps can be provided while you’re getting started. Once you decide to continue, Coach GV will guide you on the right gear for your goals and budget.
