15+ years of combat sports experience spanning Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu. Trained and competed at the highest level of the sport, still active.

5+ years of coaching experience across beginner to advanced, youth and adult. Every session is built around continuous improvement, getting significantly better every day through intentional, purposeful training.

The goal goes beyond fitness: develop the focus, discipline, consistency, and calm under pressure that carry into every area of life.
